Quality caring service became the foundation on which her life’s change philosophy was built. After experiencing personal trauma and being diagnosed with PTSD, Rosalyn sought to map a path forward to well-being for herself and others, resulting in Roz’s House LLC formation.
Roz’s House aims to make light work of the challenge of implementing change and process improvement with a proven strategy of thoughtful planning, attentive execution, and strong relationship building.
Rosalyn serves as a member of Sweet Sanctuary, a nonprofit organization connecting resources to save our girls. She supports the nonprofit in building strategic tools and technologies to manage day-to-day execution and delivers strategies that bring the organization’s mission and vision into an executable roadmap. Additionally, she helps on the ground in executing the programs that SS offers to various communities.
With the formation of Rosalyn’s House LLC, she expanded her scope by adding DEI work as a data consultant. A recent assignment had her working on the data analysis of responses from staff interviewed during climate interviews. The analyzed data were used to gain insight into the climate of the staff of the Providence public school district. This data aims to help shape the key attributes required in forming a leadership team focused on leading through a diverse, equitable, and inclusive lens as heard from the responses of the data analyzed from those surveyed.
